The 2017 Cotes de Provence Rose is a certified organic blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Cinsault and 15% Tibouren. There's a lot of to like here, from the fruit-driven aromas of peach, strawberry and melon to the medium-bodied palate that suggests crushed stones and silk, culminating in a concentrated, long and spice-inflected finish.
